Islamic Heritage Tour Itinerary
Day 1 – Arrival in Bishkek & Burana Tower
Arrival at Manas International Airport in Bishkek and meeting with your English-speaking guide. After hotel check-in and rest, we travel toward Tokmok and the Chuy Valley region.
Lunch will be served with a local Dungan family, where guests will experience traditional halal cuisine and learn about Dungan Muslim traditions in Kyrgyzstan.
Later, we visit:

- Traditional Kyrgyz yurt near Burana

Uzgen & Karakhanid Heritage
Day 2 – Flight to Osh & Uzgen Architectural Complex
After breakfast, transfer to the airport for a domestic flight to Osh, one of the oldest cities in Central Asia and an important center of Islamic culture in the Ferghana Valley.
Upon arrival, we continue toward Uzgen to visit the famous Uzgen Architectural Complex.
Highlights include:

- Karakhanid Mausoleums
- Ancient mosque ruins
- Medieval Silk Road settlement remains
Guests will learn about the early spread of Islam in Central Asia and admire traditional Islamic brick architecture and calligraphy.
Later, transfer toward the Jalal-Abad region.

Shah Fazil Mausoleum & Sacred Sites
Day 3 – Shah Fazil & Padysha Ata
After breakfast, we travel toward Shah Fazil Mausoleum, one of the most sacred Islamic pilgrimage sites in Kyrgyzstan.
Guests will explore:
- Shah Fazil Mausoleum
- Safed Bulan sacred area
- Historical graves of Islamic scholars
- Traditional prayer areas
The mausoleum dates back to the 11th century and represents remarkable medieval Islamic architecture with carved wooden ceilings and spiritual significance for local pilgrims.
After lunch at a local guesthouse, we continue toward Padysha Ata National Park.
Here, guests will visit the sacred shrine of Padysha Ata and enjoy scenic walks through mountain landscapes while learning about local Islamic traditions and nomadic customs.

Osh & Sulaiman-Too Sacred Mountain
Day 4 – Osh City Tour
After breakfast, we continue toward Osh for a full cultural and historical excursion.
The main highlight is the UNESCO-listed Sulaiman-Too Sacred Mountain, one of the most important Islamic pilgrimage destinations in Central Asia.
Guests will explore:
- Ancient prayer caves
- Sacred shrines
- Historic inscriptions
- Panoramic viewpoints over Osh City
Additional visits include:
- Rabat Abdullakhan Mosque
- Osh Bazaar
Lunch will be served at a halal restaurant.
In the evening, farewell dinner at a traditional restaurant.

Day 5 – Departure from Osh
After breakfast, transfer to Osh International Airport for departure.
Direct flights between Osh and Jeddah operate several times per week. Flights via Bishkek are also available depending on the schedule.
