Scenic Journey to Karakol
Day 1 – Bishkek → Issyk-Kul → Skazka Canyon
After pickup from your hotel in Bishkek, we begin our journey toward Karakol along the southern shore of Issyk-Kul Lake.
First, we stop in Kyzyl-Tuu village, where a local family will welcome us for lunch. Here, guests can taste traditional Kyrgyz Oromo and participate in assembling a nomadic yurt. In addition, the village is famous for handmade felt products, musical instruments, and yurt-making traditions.
Afterward, we continue toward Skazka Canyon, also known as Fairy Tale Canyon, famous for colorful rock formations and dramatic winter scenery.
Finally, we arrive at Karakol Ski Resort for overnight stay.

Skiing & Hot Spring Relaxation
Day 2 – Karakol Ski Resort & Dungan Culture
After breakfast, guests will have free time for skiing, snowboarding, or relaxing at Karakol Ski Resort.
Later, lunch will be served at the guesthouse. In the afternoon, we continue with a city tour of Karakol, including visits to the Holy Trinity Cathedral and the Dungan Mosque.
Next, we travel to Ak-Suu Kench Hot Springs, where guests can relax in outdoor thermal pools surrounded by winter landscapes.
In the evening, we enjoy dinner with a local Dungan family. Additionally, a traditional folklore performance by the “Kylym” music band may be arranged upon request.

Return to Bishkek Along Issyk-Kul Lake
Day 3 – Karakol → Cholpon-Ata → Bishkek
After breakfast, we begin our return journey to Bishkek along the northern shore of Issyk-Kul Lake.
First, we stop at the open-air Petroglyphs Museum in Cholpon-Ata. Afterwards, lunch will be served at the famous local restaurant “Apamdyn Kattamasy” in Kemin, where guests can taste traditional Kyrgyz layered bread served with sour cream.
Finally, we visit Burana Tower before arriving back in Bishkek and transferring guests to their hotel.

9:00 After being picked up from the hotel we will leave the City of Bishkek towards the City of Karakol, We will enjoy the hospitality of a local family and for lunch, we will taste the Kyrgyz style Oromo and build nomadic yurt with the local family in Kyzyl Tuu village (Kyzyl Tuu village is famous for its culture art people that deal with yurt camps, felt products, musical instruments). On the road to Ski Resort Karakol, we will visit the legendary valley of Skazka on the south shore of Yssyk Kul lake. Towards evening we will reach to Ski Resort in Karakol

We will provide time in Ski Resort Karakol until lunchtime. Then we will have lunch at our guesthouse in Ski Resort and drive to Karakol city for a city tour. So, we will visit Holy Trinity Cathedral, Dungan mosque during our Karakol city tour, and proceed to Ak-Suu Kench Hot Springs to swim in the outside hot spring pools. Then we will come to Karakol to have dinner with the local Dungan family. According to your wishes, we can invite local cultural musicians band “Kylym” to our dining house and see a folklore show.

We will continue our journey to Bishkek city through the north shore of Yssyk Kul Lake, on the road in Cholpon-Ata town we will visit Petroglyphs open sky museum. We will have lunch in locals famous dining place “Apamdyn kattamasy” in Kemin, and taste the cultural bread with sour cream. Then we visit the Burana Tower in Tokmok. Upon arrival at Bishkek we will deliver you to your hotel in Bishkek
